By submitting your nomination you confirm you have the right or have been granted permission to share the data contained within the submission with CitNOW. For the avoidance of doubt, your submission, including but not limited to videos, your name and your company name, may be used up to, during and after the awards ceremony by CitNOW for promotional and/or training purposes. You hereby grant expressed permission for CitNOW to use your submission in these business cases. CitNOW may need to edit your video to remove any customer identifiable information such as registrations.
